These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gams PK platform, including all games, sports betting, payments and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or making any deposit.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on Gams PK. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household — is a breach of these terms regardless of the reason.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, Gams PK reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus funds, and in cases where bonus abuse is confirmed, withhold any winnings derived from those bonuses pending investigation.
You are fully responsible for the security of your account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and logging out of shared devices after each session. Gams PK customer support will never ask for your full password.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot be held responsible for losses that occurred as a result of credentials being shared or compromised by the account holder.
Account information such as name and date of birth cannot be changed after verification. If there is a genuine error in your registration details, contact support with supporting documentation as soon as possible.
All financial transactions on Gams PK are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
Deposits are credited to your Gams PK account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits settle within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
Withdrawals are processed according to your VIP tier. Standard accounts follow the normal processing queue, Gold tier players receive priority handling, Platinum players are processed same-day, and Diamond tier members receive instant approval. Bonus funds are separate from real money balance. When wagering, real money balance is used first unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus balance until wagering requirements are completed, at which point the remaining balance converts to real money and becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or multi-accounting will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

Game results are not influenced by previous rounds, account balance, bet size or any other external factor.
